Step by step info for creating the RainMachine Cloud Servers Remote Access login credentials

To create the RainMachine credentials (email login and password) follow this steps:

  • Download and install the RainMachine mobile application for iPhone or Android
  • Open the app.
  • Go to Devices.
  • Tap on the "hamburger" icon from the upper left side of the screen.
  • Choose Remote Access option.
  • Tap on the Add account button.
  • Enter a valid email address and the RainMachine device password.

    Note: If you forgot the RainMachine device password follow this link to learn how to reset it.
    The RainMachine device password is required in order to remotely access and control the device.

  • Tap Save and then open your email address INBOX (or SPAM folder).
  • In few moments you should receive a confirmation email message. Open it and click on the Confirm email address button to confirm your email address.
  • After confirmation succeded the chosen email address and password will become the RainMachine credentials.

    - This steps are available for all 2015 RainMachine devices (Mini-8, Touch HD-12, Touch HD-16, Pro-8 and Pro-16) using the mobile app.
    - On RainMachine Touch HD-12 and RainMachine Touch HD-16 you can make the same steps (starting with step #7) on the local touch interface. Go to Settings - System - Password
    - If you don't receive the confirmation email, for any reasons, review the steps, or choose to Resend confirmation
    - You can use the same email address for other RainMachine devices, but you have to confirm it again for each different RainMachine device you're using it.
